In 1997, Zhang Hongchao opened a shaved ice stall in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, with 3,000 yuan borrowed from his grandmother. This was the predecessor of Mixue Ice Cream. Zhang Hongfu joined the company in 2007. Leveraging his experience in store operations, he helped establish a standardized operational management system and franchise model, driving the company's rapid expansion.
